Couple more #COVID maps

Some more trading of style for clarity.

Not sure how fast your server space dissipates, @manton; but, all I'm missing in order to reuse images rather than uploading duplicates is a friendly interface for locating them (the #ADHD brain gravitates towards the course of least resistance).

I'm thinking once I've settled with color scheme for these maps (in that they are understandable but still artsy) I will string them together into an animation highlighting the map-to-map correlations.

Working on tweaking the color scheme to make these maps easier to read. Here are the revised congressional district maps.

Got my progressive card. Suppose I could hand this out to knee-jerk reactionists when I question the dismissal of critical faculties in the rush to make the Kool-Aid stand.
