The colors, layout, and much of the language for the tourist brochure are lifted directly from the real US Capitol brochure.
Also, the universe at the top is reality … symbolizing reality is a b$tch.
So for those of y'all not familiar with logic gates (so … like all of you aside from a handful … I'm assuming), the critical thing to understand is that this circle inverts the input.
